Happy Halloween!

Witch Hats

I hope you’re having a nice, relaxing Sunday! If you like to celebrate Halloween, I hope you have a Happy Halloween, with lots of little visitors this evening. We’re ready, and armed with candy and pretzels.

Witch Hats

Here’s a little project I thought I’d share with you. I had my friend, Colleen, in mind when I created these. She’s a huge fan of Halloween!

Witch Hats

I love to do what I call “Paper Engineering”, and I created this pattern myself. These are empty, but there’s space inside for a small treat.

Here’s the fixin’s:

The silver glimmer paper (spider web) and the black lace trim are vintage items from my stash.

Halloween Accordion Front Fun Fold

In my last post, I shared a Tri-Fold Twist card made with the Magic In This Night Suite.  I thought I’d share another card I made using this DSP with another stamp set, Ghoulish Goodies.

This is an Accordion Front Fun Fold.  It’s pretty easy and makes a cute card!

This is how the card looks when it’s completely closed, but it actually has two “insides”.

If you untie the ribbon, the front panel unfolds in an accordion style, with hidden panels to decorate.

But, the card also opens with a traditional “inside”!  How fun is that?

Here’s the fixin’s:

Thanks for stopping by.  If you don’t have a demonstrator, and live in the USA, I’d love to have you join me for some Stampin’ Fun!  And, if you need any supplies, please visit my store.  It’s open 24/7!

Monster Bash Halloween Card

We’re getting in the Halloween spirit here, so we made this cute card at Stamp Club this month.

It’s a very simple card using the Spooktacular Bash Bundle.  I just love this little vampire and the curly frame die that coordinates with him.  I also love the way the Sentiment is perfectly framed with another die in the set.  These dies are so versatile and could be used for so much more than just this stamp set.

I also like this paper, which is filled with books.  I had fun reading the names….. like How To Cook Forty People, and Diary of a Young Vampire.

And, I’m a big fan of the black ribbon with silver sparkles from the Annual Catalog.  I’m so happy they brought this back from last year’s Holiday Catalog!

Here’s a list of the supplies used in this project.  If you have any questions, please let me know.
