Another Easy Magnolia Card

Today I have another card using the Magnolia 3D Embossing Folder.  It makes such quick and pretty cards!

On this one, I embossed the magnolia on a white panel, then colored it with ink pads and daubers.

Here’s the fixin’s:

Easiest Card Ever!! Magnolia Embossing Folder

If you’re in a bind and need a super quick card for any occasion, this one fits the bill!

This is a white on white card.  A white panel is embossed with the Magnolia 3D Embossing Folder, spritzed with a mixture of alcohol and Frost White Shimmer Paint, and stamped with whatever sentiment you need at the moment.  The panel is then attached with dimensionals to a white card base.

It just doesn’t get any easier, or prettier than this!

Here’s the fixin’s:

Lift Me Up Anniversary Card

A very good friend asked me to make a card he could give his wife for their Anniversary.  LaAnna is a stamper, so I think he might have been afraid to give her a “store bought” card.

First I chose the sentiment, Marriage is a Journey.  The inside says Good Thing You Get to Bring Your Best Friend Along.  I wanted something that would depict a journey, and decided on the hot air balloons.  I wanted to add a little something special, so I wove satin ribbon through some of the spaces in the balloon die cut.

Stamps:  Lift Me Up, Flourishing Phrases

Cardstock:  Thick Whisper White, Bermuda Bay, Whisper White

Ink:  Pool Party, Bermuda Bay

Dies: Up and Away Thinlits Dies

Other:  1/4” Pool Party Satin Ribbon (vintage), Bermuda Bay sequins (vintage)
