Every year Stampin’ Up! releases a new set of In-Colors. It’s an exciting time. But to make room for those new colors, it’s time to say Goodbye to another set of In-Colors. The In-Colors stay in the catalog for two years, but there are two sets of five colors. So, there are five colors coming and going each year.
Time to Say Goodbye
This year we’ll be saying goodbye to Polished Pink, Pale Papaya, Evening Evergreen, Soft Succulent and Fresh Freesia. These colors have been in the catalog since 2021.
Get Your Refills
If you have any of these ink pads, order the matching refills. Your ink pads will last so much longer if you’re able to refill them. Plus, you can use the refills to watercolor and create matching twines and ribbons.
Hurry!
Once Stampin’ Up! releases their retiring list, these products will go fast, so be sure you have what you need.
2021-2023 In Color Products
This is a list of most of the retiring In-Color products, but there are also other items that include some of these colors, including embellishments and Designer Series Paper that I haven’t listed here.
The FAB Stampers want to send smiles to all our stamping friends, so today’s FABulous post is filled with crafting love using the Sending Smiles bundle.
From Connie’s Craft Studio
The Sending Smiles Bundle is filled with pretty flower images and lots of great choices for sentiments.
The dies cut out all the flower pieces, along with the double “Sending” pieces and sentiments in two different sizes. The Sending die cuts look great layered and are easy to assemble if you use adhesive sheets when cutting the skinnier writing piece. You can also stamp the word Sending on the thicker die cut for another great look.
Card One
For the first card I used lots of white, with a Basic White Thick card base and a Basic White cardstock layer that I embossed with the Hive 3D Embossing Folder. I layered small flowers and leaves around my sentiment pieces, giving the card lots of texture. It is embellished with 2022-2024 In Color Matte Decorative Dots in Sweet Sorbet.
Card Two
The second card continues the texture theme, but instead of embossing the Basic White Layer, I added a die cut from the Chic Dies. This is an awesome die for adding texture and interest to your card and is easy to use when you die cut it with adhesive sheet on the back. I love these for making the tiniest die cuts into stickers. The flowers and sentiment pieces are popped up with Dimensionals, adding more texture to the card. This card was inspired by the one in the top left corner of page 14 in the new annual catalogue!
Lots of In-Colors
Did you notice that both cards use all five of the new 2022-2024 In Colors? I love how well they work together, and I love all of them. This is a fun bundle and a great addition to your craft stash!

It’s another FAB Stampers Saturday, and it’s my turn to make a project. I’m using the Garden Greenhouse Bundle to make two cards. One is a book fold and the other is a quick and easy card.
From My Stampin’ Studio in Kentucky
One of my first purchases from the now retiring January-June 2022 Mini Catalog was the Garden Greenhouse Bundle. It has the prettiest stamps, and the dies are gorgeous! But after I bought it, it sat on my shelf UNTIL NOW! It’s time for this bundle to get some love!
Mix of Old and New
My first project today is a Book Fold Card. It has a “spine” along the side and only the portion with the greenhouse opens. I used the new in-colors for this project, along with the Garden Greenhouse Bundle which is retiring at the end of this month.
The large leaf image is stamped on Basic White using Parakeet Party ink. The flowers are stamped on a scrap of Basic White using Sweet Sorbet, Tahitian Tide, and Orchid Oasis, then die cut with the coordinating dies from the bundle. I also die cut three sets of Parakeet Party leaves.
Easy Book Fold
This card uses an easy Book Fold. I started with a 4″ x 11″ piece of Parakeet Party cardstock, scored at 4 1/4″ and 5 1/2″. Add glue to the area between the two score lines and fold the card closed on the 5 1/2″ score line to seal and create the spine. How easy is that? Now you’re ready to decorate as desired.
If you’re going to add ribbon or twine to the spine of the card, I suggest using one of your punches to punch a small spot in the edge of both ends of the spine. This will keep your ribbon in place. Just be careful that no other area of your card is getting punched!
Details
I glued a few of the die cut flowers directly to the panel with the stamped leaves. Next, I cut the greenhouse from Silver Foil. Cut a piece of silver foil slightly larger than the die. Cut a piece of Adhesive Sheet just a tiny bit smaller than your foil and adhere it to the back. This way, when you cut out the greenhouse, you’ll be able to just peel off the back and stick it on! No glue required! Trust me, you’ll be glad you did this instead of trying to get glue onto all those narrow pieces.
I added the die cut leaves with glue and a few more of the die cut flowers with Mini Dimensionals.
The greeting is stamped in Sweet Sorbet on a scrap cut with a die from the new Fabulous Frames Dies and backed with a piece of Sweet Sorbet cut with a die from the Beautiful Shapes Dies. It is adhered with Mini Dimensionals. I used a couple of the small Matte Decorative Dots to cover the holes in the tag.
Finally, I added a strip of the new In-Color DSP to the spine and wrapped it with Sweet Sorbet Metallic Ribbon and added Wink of Stella to the flowers.
Quick and Easy Card
I wanted to show you that the Garden Greenhouse Bundle is versatile and can also be used to make quick and easy cards.
This Sweet Sorbet card is based on a card I received from Stampin’ Up! for earning this year’s Incentive Trip. I liked the simple design which requires only two strips of DSP across the top and bottom, and a stamped panel in between.
Last Chance for Garden Greenhouse
As you can see, the Garden Greenhouse Bundle is versatile enough to make detailed and simple cards!
If you’d like to add this bundle to your collection, you need to act fast! It’s on the Last Chance List and is While Supplies Last.
Be sure to check both the bundle price and the individual stamp set and die prices in your market. In the USA, it’s less expensive to buy the pieces individually as the dies are discounted.
