VIP Party II

Yesterday, I posted pictures from my recent VIP party, honoring my top ten customers from the last two years.  If you missed it, you can find it here.  Today, I’m showing you more from the party.

Prize patrol!!   We drew two or three colors from the bucket, and the guests with the corresponding wristbands were prize winners.  Of course, everyone won something before the night was over.

They worked hard on their make-n-takes, and when they were finished affixing all the labels……..

…..they had a cardstock sampler of all the current colors with product numbers for easy access.

Each guest received a brown paper bag decorated with twine and a tag to match their wristband color.  Inside was an ink pen decorated with their color, along with a New Catalog Survival Kit.  This led up to the moment they’d all been waiting for…….

….New Catalogs!!!

I’d been teasing them for days, and they finally got their hands on the catalogs!  Things slowed waaaaaayyy down then, as we took quite a while just looking at all the new goodies.

Of course, no stamp party is complete without stamps, so each guest received a stamp set from my stash of retired product.

My last gift of the night was a personalized “suitcase”.

The wristband color coding had all been designed so that I could give them items throughout the night which coordinated with this gift I had made for each of them.

They were pretty surprised and excited to get these!

Now that the VIP party was such a success, I’m working on a Host and Customer Appreciation Party!!  If you’d like to party with us, I’d love to be your demonstrator!

VIP Party

I recently had a VIP party for my top ten customers.  I tried to spoil them rotten to show my appreciation for their support over the last two years.

I sent them this cute invitation using the now retired Birthday Fiesta bundle.  I got the idea from a card by Melissa Stout.  You can see her card here, along with a few other cards using this set.

Stamps:  Birthday Fiesta

Cardstock:  Tempting Turquoise, Sahara Sand, Whisper White

Ink:  Melon Mambo, Tempting Turquoise, Basic Black

Paper:  Festive Birthday DSP

Dies:  Fiesta Time Framelits Dies

We had a great time at the party!  My friend and helper, Jessica, showed up to keep me on track and take photos.

When the guests arrived, they each got a wristband in one of the “Bright” colors.  This was used for prize patrols, plus I had personalized gifts and the color coding helped me give them items to match……more on that later.

I had all the fixings for taco salads, chips and queso, and a chocolate eclair dessert.

Some of the ladies checked out the new product display while waiting to make their salads.

We got the food out of the way first, so we could move on to the fun and prizes!

I’ll be back tomorrow with more photos of the party and some of the gifts and the make-n-take.

If you’re in my area, and would like to party with us, I’d love to be your demonstrator!
