Taylor’s Graduation Card

One of my good friends, Vandy, has a son who graduated this year. He goes to school in Meade County, KY and their school colors are Kelly Green and White, so I used the retired Cucumber Crush to make this card for him.

Their mascot is the Greenwaves, so I thought the Seaside Textured Impressions Embossing Folder would work well for his card.  The cap is a diamond shape layered over a small square punched with the edge of the Best Badge punch.

Cardstock:  Whisper White, Cucumber Crush

Dies/Punches:  Large Numbers Framelits, Best Badge

Other:  Tassel (vintage), Seaside TIEF

Stampin’ Up! has a great selection of beautiful colors.  I’m sure you can find some to match your school colors.  Let me know if I can help!

Seaside Shore Waterfall

One of my favorite sets in the Annual Catalog is Seaside Shore.  We made this card a couple of months ago in Stamp Club.  We’ve made a few of the waterfall cards over the years, but they are still a favorite.

I pulled my color scheme from the By The Shore DSP.

Stamps:  Seaside Shore

Cardstock:  Dapper Denim, Soft Sky, Calypso Coral, Very Vanilla

Ink:  Dapper Denim, Soft Sky, Calypso Coral, Mint Macaron

Punch:  Scalloped Tag Topper

Seaside Shore

I love the Seaside Shore stamp set, and you’ll be seeing a lot of it here on my blog.  This is another card I made for the Mediterranean Achievers Card Swap.

I pulled my color scheme from the coordinating By The Shore Designer Series Paper pack, and the front layer is a stamped piece from this paper pack.
