Wilderness Awaits Father’s Day

At May’s library class, we made two quick and easy cards.  The first was a Mother’s Day card.  You can see it here.

Our second card was one suitable for Father’s Day, using The Wilderness Awaits stamp set.  Today is the last day to order this set, so if you like it, order it now, before it’s gone forever!

Seaside Shore Shaker

This was the bonus project at a recent Cards & More class.  It’s a shaker card, filled with sand and a pinch of gold glitter.  Shaker cards are so easy with our new layering thinlit dies!

The pier posts are simply individual “boards” cut from the hardwood stamp that is also used in the background, and wrapped with linen thread.
