Cake Soiree Birthday

A good friend of mine called me recently and asked if I had any birthday cards lying around that his wife hadn’t seen.  I had to laugh.  His wife is also a good friend and one of my stamping buddies.  He said, “I CAN’T give LaAnna a store bought card!”  I agreed, and told him I’d make her a special card BUT next year he has to come over and make one himself.

This is the card I created for him to give to her.  I used the Cake Soiree bundle.

Stamps:  Cake Soiree, Flourishing Phrases

LaAnna loved her card, and Jerry has promised to come over and make her card himself next year!

Remarkable You

This is a card from my June CAM (Cards & More) class.  We make nine cards (three each of three designs) and a bonus project.

This card turned out beautifully, and although it’s hard to see, the flower is coated with Wink of Stella for a pretty sparkle!

Stay tuned for more projects from the CAM class!  And, if you’re looking for any stamping supplies, click the link below to visit my online store.  It’s open 24/7!

Avant Garden

This is another card from my January Cards & More class.  I got this idea from Marisa over at the Kitchen Table Stamper.  You can see her card here.  I didn’t make a lot of changes to her design.  I did add a layer of Early Espresso, and crumb cake speckles.
