Basket Bunch Bunny Nest

We always have a bonus project at my monthly Cards and More Class.  Last month, we made this cute little Easter bunny nest.

I wanted something that would be quick and easy, and inexpensive to give to a group of people, so I designed this project myself.  I got the chocolate bunnies in a package of six at the dollar tree.  You can’t get less expensive than that!

This is made with a strip of 2″x 8 1/2″ cardstock, scored at 1/2″, 2 1/2″, 3″, and 5″.  When assembled, this will even fold flat for transport, which is a big plus, as I’ve made 12 of these to swap at OnStage in Savannah this Saturday!

Basket Bunch Easter

Here’s my Easter wish for you!

May All Your Chocolate Be Solid

This cute little card is made with the note cards.  These come 20 to a package, are pre-cut and scored, and include envelopes.  It doesn’t get much easier than that!

The Basket Bunch bundle has 29 photopolymer stamps and 22 dies!  That’s a LOT of stamps and dies for $46.75.  Add a package of dimensionals and you have enough to qualify for a FREE Sale-a-bration item.

Although it’s hard to see in the picture, I used clear Wink of Stella on the peep, eggs, and bow to give them a little sparkle.

Basket Bunch

This is another card from this month’s Stamp Club.  It uses the Basket Bunch Bundle.  This is one of my favorite bundles in the Occasions Catalog.  It has bunnies, Easter eggs, daffodils, and even peeps, plus a super cute basket to put them all in!

We stamped five carrots in a row, and then stamped another one on a scrap of paper and cut it out with the corresponding die, colored it and painted it with clear Wink of Stella and popped it up above one of the carrots in the row.

This card uses one of the note cards.  I really like using them.  They are a little smaller than a regular card, and they come in a package of 20, and include envelopes.  They are really handy to have on hand when you need a quick card.
