Potted Succulent

This just might be my favorite project…..ever!  Of course, I may change my mind tomorrow.  LOL

I’ve shown this to several people and no one can believe it’s made from cardstock.  It looks SO real!  This was one of our projects at stamp club this week, and each one turned out a little bit different, but all were beautiful.

Stamps:  None (can you believe it?!)

Cardstock:  Old Olive

Ink:  Old Olive, Crumb Cake, Rich Razzleberry

Dies:  Succulent Framelits Dies

Other:  Stamping Sponges, sphagnum moss (non-SU), flower pot (non-SU)

This turned out so cute that I made one to take to my mother-in-law in the hospital.  She doesn’t have good luck with plants, and when she saw it, she said, “That’s cute…..something else I can kill.”  LOL  She couldn’t believe it wasn’t real either!  On hers, I added a sentiment from the Designer Tin of Cards set.  It’s on a popsicle stick layered between a stitched circle of Whisper White, and a scalloped layering circle of Rich Razzleberry.  I also added some Rich Razzleberry vintage ribbon.

I hope you like these as much as I do!  Thanks for spending a few minutes with me today.
