That’s the name of a stamp set from the Occasions catalog. The set is exclusively for hosts, and is only available to purchase with host dollars. My friend, Dawn, taught this card at one of her classes. It’s so cute and simple with different colors and different sized circle punches. The only thing I changed was to run the top layer through the Big Shot using the Zig Zag embossing folder after I glued down the circles. This technique is called faux quilting as the embossing gives the panel a quilted look.
