If you’re looking for something FUN to play with, you have to try the Brusho Color Crystals! You can find them in the Occasions Catalog. They can be used in many different ways, from mixing the crystals with water and painting to sprinkling them on wet paper and watching the colors “bloom”!
I recently had a class, and I think it’s the most fun we’ve had in a long time. This card uses one of the techniques we played with.
Stamps: Dragonfly Dreams
Cardstock: Island Indigo, Basic Black, Shimmery White
Ink: Basic Black
Dies: Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits
Other: Brusho Watercolor Crystals (Yellow, Moss Green, Prussian Blue), Spritzer, Basic Rhinestones
I have more samples from the Brusho class, so be sure to check back. Island Indigo is a retiring color. If you haven’t stocked up on cardstock and ink, you can order at the link below.
Hi Jeanne!
Wish I was there to have taken this class! I’m not fond of how I’ve seen the Brusho used in other videos. I like your more subtle results with the powders.
Aww, thanks! The colors are VERY intense, so there’s a bit of learning curve.
