Pinch Proof Pin

Someone asked me to show a better photo of the pin I included in my Pinch Proof card.  You can see the card here.

The medallion was the focal point of the card, and I secured it with a small glue dot, so it could easily be removed.  I included a self-adhesive pin back with my card, so the recipient could remove the medallion, attach it to the pin,  and wear it on St. Patrick’s Day to avoid those nasty pinches for not wearing green!

I used Cucumber Crush cardstock with a Scallop Circle punch (vintage).  I put glue around the edges of the scallop and dipped it in Dazzling Diamonds glitter for some sparkle (which you can’t see very well in the photo).  I stamped the image from the Pinch Proof stamp set (vintage) and punched it with a circle punch.  I adhered this to the cucumber crush base with a dimensional.

I’m always happy to answer any questions you might have about any of my creations, so please comment below if you have questions or need more information.

Pinch Proof

I made this St. Patrick’s Day card for a swap group I am in.  We are challenged to create something different each month.  This month our challenge was to use green and do this diagonal fold technique.

I have been slow to post this card because I didn’t want the recipient to see it online before she received it in the mail.  Hopefully, she’s gotten it by now.

The Medallion in the center is attached very lightly with a small glue dot and I included a self-adhesive pin back, so she could remove the medallion and make a pin to wear on St. Patrick’s Day to keep from getting pinched!
