During the pandemic, we haven’t been able to celebrate birthdays like we’d really like to. But, we’ve been able to celebrate in fun and different ways.
We recently celebrated the birthday of one of our friends, a young man who turned 29, with a drive-by parade which, interestingly enough, turned out to be comprised of 29 vehicles! We had signs and balloons, and some of us handed John-Mark gifts as we drove by. He likes candles and ice cream, so I gave him a box with a card and a DIY birthday party that had both!
The party in a box contains a Rainbow Chip Mug Cake with a frosting packet, a birthday candle, wooden spoon, and a gift card to Dewster’s, a local homemade ice cream store. What else do you need for a birthday party?!
I used the vintage Sprinkles of Life stamp set, Tree Builder Punch, It’s My Party DSP and enamel dots for this project.
